Forgetting poop bags
Rushing out the door and realizing halfway through the walk that the basics were still at home.
About PetGoX
It Started With Everyday Frustrations.
PetGoX wasn't born in a boardroom.
It started during early morning walks, rushed workdays, and countless small moments that every dog owner knows too well.
As a busy professional, our founder spent years balancing work, life, and raising a border collie named Yuanbao.
And like many pet parents, she kept running into the same problems.
Everyday pressure points
The small moments that kept showing up.
As a busy professional and a dog mom to Yuanbao, our founder kept running into the same problems over and over again.
Hands are full
Trying to answer an urgent work message in the park while holding a leash, a phone, and a coffee.
Leash juggling
Wishing the leash, bags, keys, and daily tools could feel easier to carry and manage.
Eating too fast
Watching Yuanbao finish his food in seconds and worrying he might choke.
Not enough time to play
Feeling guilty after a long workday because there was not enough time for play and enrichment.
Bath time stress
Struggling through bath time with a dog who hated standing still.
None of these were major problems on their own.
But together, they made one thing clear:
Most pet products were designed to be sold, not necessarily to make everyday life easier.Image placement
Looking for Better Solutions
Hours of searching. Many disappointments. One idea.
Our founder has always loved researching, comparing, and discovering products.
The search became a hobby of its own.
Hours spent reading reviews. Comparing designs. Testing materials. Looking for products that were practical, well-made, and genuinely useful.
Some products were great. Many were disappointing.
Most looked almost identical.
Over time, friends started asking the same question:
Where did you find that?
That's when the idea for PetGoX began.
Built Around Real Life
We curate only products that solve real-life problems.
PetGoX is not a marketplace filled with thousands of products.
It's a carefully curated collection of products chosen to solve real-life problems that pet owners face every day.
Whether it's enrichment toys that keep curious minds busy, feeding solutions that encourage healthier eating habits, or thoughtful accessories that make daily routines simpler, every product must earn its place.
If it doesn't improve everyday life, it doesn't belong at PetGoX.

Meet Yuanbao
Our chief product tester.
Yuanbao is more than a dog.
He's the reason PetGoX exists.
Every product we consider is tested in real homes, on real walks, and through real everyday situations before it reaches our collection.
His approval remains our highest standard.
And while he has never written a product review, his opinion matters more than anyone else's.
